Approach

Embed. Build. Ship.

No discovery theater, no slide-deck consulting, no dependency by design. Here's what an AcePointe engagement actually looks like, week by week.

Week 0–1

Our engineers join your team on day one — your repos, your tools, your standups, your constraints. The first week is spent inside your environment, not in a discovery workshop: reading code, tracing data, and pairing with the people who know where the bodies are buried.

  • Access, environments, and working agreements on day one
  • Architecture and data reality-check against the goal
  • First scoped milestone agreed — in writing, outcome-based
02

Build & ship

Week 2 onward

Working software early, then iterate in production. We aim for a first production release within weeks — a thin slice of the real system, not a proof of concept destined for a shelf. Your engineers pair with ours throughout; every decision is made in the open.

  • First production release in weeks, not quarters
  • Weekly demos against the agreed outcome
  • Paired delivery — your team co-owns every service from the first commit
03

Transfer

Planned from day one

We plan our own exit from the first commit. Documentation, runbooks, and governance are part of the definition of done — not a handover phase bolted on at the end. Success is when your team ships the next feature without us.

  • You own everything — code, platform, infrastructure, docs
  • Runbooks and on-call knowledge transferred, not just repos
  • Optional light-touch support after roll-off, on your terms

Principles

The rules we don't break.

Production or it didn’t happen

Prototypes are a means, never the deliverable. Every engagement is scoped to something running in production.

Senior people, small teams

The team you meet is the team that delivers. 2–5 senior engineers, never a bench of juniors billed at scale.

Your stack, not ours

We build with the tools your team can run. No proprietary platform, no lock-in, no license we profit from.

Exit planned from day one

Our incentive is your independence. Engagements are outcome-scoped, so lingering costs us, not you.

Ready when you are.

Bring the goal and the constraints. We'll bring the shortest path to production.
